I have used purgeII. U can get the timed sprayers and it will spray every so often. It's used in stores and restaurants for insect control. It's not total control outside but if u place a few on the side that is predominately up wind of ur kennel it will lessen the amount of skeeters. I keep them outside my front and back door also so when I go in and out the house doesn't fill up.
