On a dog like this I would spend some time just goofing off with him and I would also try to put him with some of my older dogs to buddy up. To me this is one bad thing about individual kenels and tie outs that don't allow them to interact. If u have an older dog u can pen him with or at least tie him close enough they can touch and play that's what I would do. It should let them bond and he should start going with this dog in the woods.
