hit it with a hammer and see if it works then.  that crap is built in china or tiwan, then sent back to us, charged importation tax and its sold at an outrageous price when I cost them $50 to build. my 220 and dc30 collars r still working fine, only had an issue with a battery terminal came unplugged, but a lil super glue fixed that.
