Over in Sweden, they have a garmin system that works off of their phones. As long as they have a signal they can track there dogs. You can call the collar & actually tell if the dog is barking or not. Mikael told me, he could literally track a dog over here if it was programed into his phone. I was surprised at how well there phones work but I guess it is because their towers are all on thu their mountain range
