The ones I've seen were Jumbo sized dogs, one male was every bit of 90 lbs. I think it would all depend more on the type of cur than anything. Blood hound genetics show up heavy physically in crosses I've seen, probably because of the 1,000+ years they have been established.  I had a bloodhound X walker that was all leg and was on his way to being a great one.
