The collars I run are courdura inside and outside with Kevlar in the middle. I don't care for the heavy stiff collars. That's why I went with what I did. U may feel different than I do. Every company mentioned along with the sponsors of this board make collars that do the job. I would suggest if u go the route I did u choose the one with highest number courdura inside and out and quality Kevlar inside. Higher number the courdura the tighter the weave. If u choose a straight courdura collar the more layers the better. Leather has been used a long time and still used by some today. I feel there are better options today thanks to technology but that doesn't mean they don't work.
