As far as I know, the Gotti line are not pure pitbulls, they are AMERICAN BULLY DOGS which means they probably have some Old English Bulldog or some other bull dog breed mixed in. That is why they are so close to the ground and thick. Research them on the Internet and see.  I would go with either a pit/AB mix or a AB/catahoula mix for a catchdog. There are plenty of pure pits that make good catch dogs also.
