1 gallon of water, 1 bottle of peroxide, a couple good squirts of dawn dish soap, 1/3 cup of baking soda.  Mix it in a 5 gallon bucket and once it settles down, rub the dog down with it really good, and let it soak for a few minutes, wash him off and he'll be good as new.  He will be shiny too!
