Well with us living here in the south especially.....with almost every other truck around having a dog box in it....I was pretty surprised she had no idea what one was. Yeah I have dealt with enough idiots, ignorant, mis-informed people over the years. I have mastered how to be tactful, and diplomatic in my responses to thing like this. There are folks that you can explain things to in the nicest way possible, and it still won't matter, but there are the few that when you speak to them politely and well spoken, you can actually get through to them. She was probably surprised at how well spoken I was lmao.
