the possums meat is a pretty pink and looks like it should taste good...when I was about 12 I was going to make some money selling hides and trying to skin them possums was a chore...it was hard having to smell those nasty smelling critters and the smell on my hands lasted a while...they say if you cook them right they taste pretty good but I will never know...
