Ok I have shot both I think. Bulk ammo so cant say for 100 percent sure but think. Typically the faster the twist the heavier the bullet needed for best accuracy. The 62 grain shoots well out if my 1 in 7 twist but shoots 69 gr custom comps the best. The 1in 9 twist shoots both the 55 and 62 about the same neither great but ok for plinking wifes 1in 9 dont like the 62 gr but 55 gr durn near one holes. From reading and personal shooting the 62 gr is the breaking point between the 1in 9 lighter bullets and the 1in 7 heavier bullets. I have never had or shot a 1 in 8 so also cant comment there. I want a 1 in 10 for the lightest bullets I can find and crank them up on powder just for the heck of it lol
