Agreed

Cut/torn (completely severed) ligaments and tendons most time need surgery to repair properly. Depending if it was cut where the vet can sew it back together, the vet may need to use a cadaver or graf from a healthy tendon ligament. Whe I tore me knee out, the doc did a graf from my hamstring to repair the ligaments
