make a hunt with man  you got  him from and see what he  says  if  you want the  dog  or  bring it back for your money back .... sounds like  he may be  used  to hunt'n with another dog possibly a gyp if he's a male dog ....  friend  of  mine  just recently told  me the person he  hunts  wwith let  someone  get  one  of his  dogs  and now  the  other  one he kept just stands  there  in good  fresh  sign don't want to hunt  ... hope the dogs turns around  for you ...
