If I understood, you have bear dogs and have not caught a bobcat.... I learned years ago if you have dogs that can catch a bobcat you can catch anything.Lion and boarhunter knows that for sure . Cats are the only creatures that can successfully not leave a scent for 100s of yards...Don't know how they do it but ,they do and I'll swear by it... didn't mean go anywhere with that but I had the opportunity too ,on your thread. Good job run the small game grey fox ,coon , and cats and catch em ,I bet you will catch anything larger.
 

Holding ones scent is still a mystery to science itself, especially bobcats, it's something that hasn't been scientifically proven but there's been way to many "observations" by seasoned die hard cat hunters for there to not be something to it..
