finaly had a good day out. got on a good one right off not 15min into the hunt. he snk when we were crossing back over the creek so we returned when it was warmer for some pics.   we got another good one that whooped on the dogs pretty good, but we got him caught and out alive.   6 total, 2 over 200lb with good teeth, 2 good BBQ hogs and 2 shoats... good times with good friends. got the new catch dogs some good experience. my luke dog finaly got one solo and held it for about 45min while we found a way to him.  |

forgot to mention it was 19 degees when we started and 61 degrees when we finished.

Good hunt Jason. That last boar hog looks like a dog wrecker.
We were in the woods all bundled up that morning too. Didn't take long to take some layers off.

wish i knew... every one says he is a beagle/cur got him for free. was a cull that my pops liked and kept around... put alot of time in him. he has a great nose but he is small and no gritt. he can find em but has a hard time stopping them. |
