I would be concerned her taking a hard hit from a bad hog first.  Usually if they stroke they'll show signs in the woods but it's always a possibility.

Let her drink some cocacola that will provide lots of electrolytes that she needs to recover.!!

Drinking coke isn't going to help.

Coke has enough glucose and electrolytes that she needs to get rehidrated., Gatorade and pedyalite will work as well . But coke is found in every corner.

Coke offers little in the way of electrolytes.  HOWEVER coke makes up for it with the glycogen, carbohydrates, and caffiene which in studies has shown to push extreme athletes harder and faster because of the extra fuel from the carba and energy from caffiene.

In dogs, who knows, im sure it will work and get her back on her feet in a jam, but a better solution would be to mix the two, and you get the electrolytes and carbs which has been proven to be a great combination of fuel and hydration.

It don't have to be a hard hit in the stomach area and it doesn't have to be a big hole.  It could have been just a really hard hit that hurt the insides alil.

Has she passed blood?

Pinch the loose skin and see if it rebounds quickly... if it stays up, defenitely dehydrated... check the gums for capillary reflex, push on the gums with your finger, the gums should be pinkish red until you remove your finger... the "white" fingerprint should fill back in quickly with blood.... if not, the dog might be in shock from a hard hit/possible internal bleeding

Probably the 2 most important "vital signs" I look for in my own dogs.... check the skin, then check the gums...
