I got a garmin dc 30 when It was working it was the best one I had but when I plug it to be charges a red light comes on only on one of the lights and its suppose to be lighting up blue does anyone know what's wrong with it? Can I fix it or do I have to send it back

I have a 40 that was doing the same thing for some reason it was not ever tuning off I had to send it in

Try to take it apart and unplug the battery on the inside then plug it back in! If that don't work you will have to send it to garmin

If you have the astro 320 you can reset it instead of sending it in!!
