Went hunting Sunday night an it was looking to be a wet hunt with flooded creeks and was looking to be a dry run with a friend and his catchy dogs and my kirby dog. As luck would have it on the way back to the truck my kirby dog opened up sitting hard for about 15 seconds an my friends dogs got there an it sounded like the hog broke bay but the dogs where moving too slow so we got closer to about 60 yard an heard some grunting so we released the catch dog and sealed the deal, got to the hog to see he was a good boar hog in a little creek with about knee deep water an had some teeth so we jump down to leg him. I was going to try to keep him alive but with a few dogs banged up and kirby being a 3 ear dog now from this boar we went ahead an knife him an tended to the dogs... 250lb boar hog
