Whats the best way to dry sweet corn, either on or off the stalk? Elaborate as to how to dry them on or off please. I wanna save 10 or so ears for planting next yr, i also hav japlapeno and tobasco peppers, green beans, black eyed peas, maters, cabbage, carrots, onions and taters. Both the cabbage and carrot seeds are tiny, and not exactly sure where and when to harvest the seeds. The wife is already pulling maters, peppers and oh yea, cucumbers, i forgot bout them. Looking for the best way to dry the seends from the other veggies too. Sny productive input would be appriciated.

i don't know about other seeds but let that corn dry on the stalk . also if it's a hybrid it won't reproduce anyway .

None of it is hybrid. I was told that before planting n i found non hybrids at the local feed store. The guy that told me hybrids wont reproduce actually had some veggies from the previous yr come back up this yr n produce fruit. He said the seeds were hybrid n was surprised it reproduced. It coulda been those seeds were mislabeled but it was an entire package and all came back up
