3 good boars 1 sow. Biggest boar was last one. He was fighting rank but met his maker. Cut ole Horn and one of my buddys dogs.   |

5 were mine the rest my buddys. Aint no running going on thats for sure. Them big bad boars out there you better have enuff to stop him in his tracks. He ever breaks your in for a long ride. The other option is leave your boots at home and bring two pair of tennis shoes and a oxygen tank cause you gonna need both. I aint chasing no hog for ten miles them days are a thing of the past. Two/three 35.....40 lb loose bay dogs on a 250 lb boar out there you gonna be running all day long. About 5 of them coms are ruff as the come the other dont even bark.

i seen all them dogs and had a funny thought of a hunt we had here ..... a person came to hunt with us and had several dogs with him ...my friend said damn look at all the dogs ...I said well dog thieves must be bad where he lives ... my friend said why you say that I said cause he sure ain't left none at home hahahhaa .....

Lmao yup. I most time got three on the ground and maybe a youngster with my ole bulldog riding with me. To many dogs alot of time is a cluster muck lol

Yup, Jimmy, we hunted and area where we couldn't let em run and had 6 gyps that caught 9. Didn'the hardly need a bulldog. We did have to throw a few stitches that night.

Long nuff to knoe this as a fact. There is no best way are really not best way to catch hogs with dogs. Its what works in ur situation. If anybody tells u different it then turns into that guys opinion! Opinion's are like ARS holes every bodys got one and its usually the guy that forces his opinion on someone that is sure nuff the ARS hole himself. Most the time these people live ina fantasy world not the real world.

Not being a smart-ass when I said what I said up there. You just don't take a pellet gun into a 250-pound hog fight. Old saying says you don't take a knife to a gunfight. You take the tool or the tools that I get the job done. That's just how I believe anyway. If it takes ten dogs it just takes 10 dogs if it takes two or three dogs it just takes two to three dogs that all you can say.
