Cirneco dell'Etna
This dog is kind of small but it says they are very well suited for hunting for long periods of time in heat without food or water and on rough terrain. Looks like a sphinx.

I enjoy looking at exotic breeds. You think these guys could be suited for hogs.

I have a couple of friends from Spain that have Izbian hounds or Podenco dogs. They have them in all sizes and hunt everything from rabbits to boar with them. They are sight and sent hounds and have been around for ever. Thought about trying a couple but I have enough weird pot lickers as it is. I like the looks of them though.
