Well congratulations for putting them down for good......to everyone that has done that. Good for you. I tried it when I was a teenager and just didn't like it....still don't. But I did dip for most of my adult life until about 6 years ago. Had a strange thing happen to me then, I had gotten a cold and as most folks will tell you....you don't want a dip when you have a head cold. However, when I recovered from the cold and started dipping again....it didn't taste right.....and never did get back to the way it tasted prior to the cold.....so I just quit. Simple as that.....tried it a few time since then but it still doesn't taste right......guess I'm lucky in that respect.

Congradulations. I have never smoked but my parents did and I know how hard it was for them to quit. Keep up the good work.

I quit smoking then started dipping due to the job I was at. Then I started smoking and dipping. Got promoted needed more nicotine lol. That was two months ago. The hardest part for me was the first week. After that tons more energy and I want to do more .

If you ever need something extra to help you quit go to a rehab class for emphysema patients. It is pitifull. And, the thing about it is that is as good as they are going to get.
