we hunted on a piece of the ranch  ranch we havent hit in a while , me and colton met up with dowel the ranch forman and steve his freind and marvin and wyatt one of his boys , I brought 4 bay dogs , candy , sally , roxy and camo and jorge [ CD ] , and marvin brought taco and red and two CDs   coco and dozer , one which is in training , the land was vast and rough so we covered a couple of miles with no sign , we started seeing tracks and a little sign , sally disappeared and had went to the west , we had lost her on the garmin and when we picked her up she was 900 yrds out and bayed , we got stopped by a fence and ran the last 500yds in some rough country , it was a good sow bayed up under some rocks in a big draw  and steve got to take his first hog with a knife , it was bad getting the ATVs to the hog , marvin flipped his trying to help dowel get his up a bluff but no injurys , we left all the ATVS at the bottom of the bluff and got one to  to the hog and gutted it and loaded , this took over a hour or so and the dogs were lost on the garmin the whole time , we finally made it to the top of a hill with all the ATVs and the dogs were bayed another 1000yds to the west , it took a while to get there and steve flipped his ATV on the way but was alright  and then got stopped by another fence and ran the last 500yrds, marvin turned his CDs loose and they caught a spotted boar and wyatt got to stick one , by this time the dogs were shot and had almost 20 miles under them, marvin gutted the hog and throwed it on his back and packed it back to the ATVs , we were all done and gathering dogs and realized candy was not there and was out another 1000yrds bayed , we started that way and made it within 200 yrds of her and she started to come back , she was moving really slow and acting funny when I seen her , when she got close I seen she took a hit right in the top of the skull , maybe that knocked her silly and she quit  or thats what Id like to think , I dont know , we loaded up and called it a day , a  good hunt with good friends and the boys  is hard to beat

Sounds like a heck of an exciting day Bob! Nice haul. You and Marvin been on a roll lately. Looks and sounds like some good  country for some long eared four legged transportation. Glad no one was hurt.
