Marinate in some teriyaki wrap in bacon, and then smoke them and I guarantee you they'll hook you!  I have 6 acres and me and my bro in law killed over 200 out here last year and werent even expecting to do much because I had just bought the house and land.  I am ready this year and they are flyin like crazy.  Nothin like spending a day in the field drinkin cold beer and shootin dove birds!

Man I havent been dove hunting in almost 15 yrs since high school but ive got the itch bad and have a line on a couple spots to hunt this year and I'm ready!! Dove was the first wild game I ever kilt. Shot the first one I ever pulled on with my 410 single shot in the 4th grade.  Had a buddy in high school that had land bout 5 mi from the school and we would hit the fields before school during the season. Then roll into school with bloody hands, a cooler full of dove, and the shotguns in the truck. Goodness that was only 15yrs ago but we'd probably be hung if we tried to roll into school like that today!
