We got a late start this morning and there wasn't much sign but all the young dogs were huntin real good. Then we were roadin down a clear cut and all the dogs ran in a briar thicket. Our hound took off wide open and my Clyde dog and our cd followed her. Well all of the sudden Bonnie starts baying about 15 yards from us and I walked in and theres a boar standing there about 150 pounds. Well guess what? The cd, Clyde, and the hound are about 600 yds running a hog. Well the hog cuts her down and she runs out then the hog WALKS off with me standing there helpless. Well after I got through thinking about what we coulda done we caught up the dogs and headed back out. Then we started roading clyde and he rolled out to 450 and showed treed. Well I was about ticked then we got within 250 yards and heard squealing. Well it wasn't nothing big just a shoat about 50 pounds but it was his first hog to find. Really proud of these pups. Here's me and Clyde Had a lil fun with the mule lol
