Quick evening hunt

After work we decided to go hit one of our spots close by the house. Got there n dropped the dogs n within 10 minutes Booger struck. We had a wolf pack of dogs there n all but 3 got in on the race. We had several dogs less than a yr old n one 4 month old (might I add made the full race too.) They finally bay at .66 miles. My buddy who has never been was jacked up to kill a hog. We drive in to the most gosh awful bay you have ever heard without catching to about 240 yds. Lead em all in n send the Dogos n bam 160 lb rank athletic boar hog on the other end. My buddy goes in n grabs it thru the saw briars n Nick gets his first ever hog kill! Attention immediately turned to the dogs.... so no pics were taken after the kill. It was a fair size boar with about inch+ teeth. Honey n Sadie were both wobbling n back end not working right. I carried Honey out n they carried Sadie out to a water hole n laid them in it. We brought along a 5 gallon cooler of water so we bathed them in that. Both dogs are ok now, but it was a scare for us. Idk how many more hunts I'm going on until a cold front moves in, but u hate not taking em when u have time n know there's hogs around...
