Kevin, the Sportsmix is running around $24 a bag here in Willis. I've heard of some people paying around $27 a bag. What are they wanting for the Victor up there? I think some feed stores have too high of a mark up. I feel it's a better quality feed... but they have to keep the prices competitive if they want the business.

I bought 5 bags yesterday and it was $17.51 a bag before tax. Total was $94 and some change. That's for the black bag, the 24/20. I get it at a feed store on I45 south of Dallas.

That's for Sportmix. I can't find Victor around me, you had the cheapest I've seen at $18.50 going to Bremond.

yeah kevin I don't do it for money, just to provide it to everyone and some coke change. How much was the Victor you saw? Retail for the 24/20 should be around 22.50 a bag but not much more.

I've fed several just different types of diamond and just switched to Sportmix (black bag) because their stool was really runny on diamond. My dogs look a lot better and it's much easier to clean up after them.

Victor, the difference in price is small when compared to the fact that everything your dogs get in the victor is digestable. I love it. The dogs have great energy levels, stools look great and they like the way it tastes. I went to tour the plant and it was amazing how clean it was. I've been in alot of food processing plants for people that didn't come anywhere close to being that sanitary.

Right now i am getting 10 lb bags for 4.50. So 50 lbs runs 22.50. Beef fat runs .29 per pound, eggs 1.20 a dozen. Comes out a little cheaper for me.

We just swapped from diamond to sportsmix in the black bag. They have improved body condition on less feed and their droppings have reduced and are firmer. We are very pleased with it.
x2 but victor is the best, ingredients etc.
