why so dry??

can someone please tell me why it has to be so dry in oklahoma and all the storms rufuse to come to caddo county? Huh?

? tracking is horrible right now... anybody else out there having this problem??

having the same problem in east texas. i watched my dogs try to take four different tracks but couldn't finish them. Every time they would breath out they would stir up dust,
