can someone please tell me why it has to be so dry in oklahoma and all the storms rufuse to come to caddo county?Huh?? tracking is horrible right now... anybody else out there having this problem??

having the same problem in east texas. i watched my dogs try to take four different tracks but couldn't finish them. Every time they would breath out they would stir up dust,
