My pup male has lumps around the edge of his ear and a week ago wasn't anything big but now the fur around the edges is gone. U can pull off lumps and it's like fur lumps stuck together above the skin and when I pull them off it doesn't hurt him. Also on the top of his head under the fur he has grey bumps but won't come off and there are several of them. None of them itch him it's just noticeable to me.
any help is greatly appreciated

skin condition could and most likely be an inbalance in the system causeing a staph  that is allways found on dogs skin to go out of control .  wash good and regular with an anti- bactirial soap and put the dog on cephlexin  [ fish plex ] . i'd bet if you looked the dog over that around it's hocks and feet it's loosing hair also  .   just went through this with my dogs when i switched feed too fast and upset the dogs balance of oils and such  .

Thanks for the comments

1st I know it's not dermatitis because that's what my other dog has.
Do you know how I can et rid of it I've been fighting with it on my other dog but don't know how to keep it off him.
2nd thanks I think that's what it is and I'll try that thanks so much and should I keep him on one food? I just got him a week ago and have been feeding him puppy diamomd food. What other things do unthink I Gould put on him or just anti bacterial.
3rd I know its not mange have dealt with that before looks nothing like it.

lol it's just a bad year for skin conditions everywhere i look i see dogs from all over with it . just keep em cleaned up with a good anti-bacterial shampoo and give em some cephalexin  . i've heard people blame everything from flies and skeeters to global warming on it .
