Me and a buddy went today at noon because we have just got 2.7'' of rain and had some pretty good luck but almost lost my best dog Ruby to the heat!!

I planned on going but the rain slowed me down and then it was just too hot and muggy.  I guess ill go tomorrow.

I hope your dog is ok Rowdy. I've seen more overheat in the lower, real humid temps than in 100 degree weather.

I'm sure glad someone is finding hogs, seems like our hog well dried up. About the heat... I wonder if there are any hogs in alaska? lol Grin

Yeah I would rather hunt in the afternoon here lately, warmer temps but lower humidity and typically a good breeze.  The mornings here lately it is hard to breath at 5:30 in the morning and it is dead calm outside.  Hope your dog recovers fully, good hogs too.
