Went out yesterday morning with my buddy James. We had my two best dogs Roadside and Peppa, my bulldog Chump and James's young dog Echo.
We turned out right at daylight and the dogs were rolling and soon as we let em go. Walked for a little bit before we heard them open up. This hog ran to the thickest, nastiest thicket possible before the dogs got him hemmed up. They were almost .70 miles on the Garmin and all 3 were hammering down. We walked within 20 yards and cut Chump loose to seal the deal. Got the hog cleaned and the back pack full of meat and headed out.
Peppa and Chump took a beating so we called the hunt but they should be fine after some time off. It was a good hunt, here's a few pics I took.
