So I got a and gyp she won't bay much in a baypen but as soon as I take her out and out her on the chain she goes to barking and pulling like crazy so my question is do I need to keep her and take her to the woods or cull her

Not all dogs will bay a hog in a pen see whst she does in the woods before culling

Take her to the woods. Half my dogs act like they care nothing about a hog in a pen and none of them will mess with a tied hog.
