 I'm cheating a little to save time but my FB post pretty much sums it up. It was a bitter sweet weekend, didn't catch the numbers we wanted to but we caught the one that counted. Got to give credit to Little Miss Pearl Barger, the year old Bulldog pup in the picture, this was her 1st big hog. She is off of my November 2015 Stump/Bella breeding. We had rally bayed in a nasty youpon thicket so we turned the finished catchdogs loose in hopes of catching multiple hogs but the rally busted up as soon as we turned them loose. It was a good thing we held her back because this big gal was about to be amongst us when the bay dogs stopped her. Kelly said "good luck Pearl" and turned her loose, she disappeared into the thicket and the fight was on. She was on the ear holding on for dear life when we got to the hog, by this time a few of the other bulldogs had made it there to give her a hand. We got her hobbled up, took a few pictures and then tried to go catch some more. We had he11 getting her out of the woods but Bo Lewis and what's left of his 4 wheeler got the job done. We made it to the weigh in with 12 minutes to spare and thankfully, she held her own against some stiff competition. Again, had a great time with an awesome friends, that's what it's all about. Can't tell you how much fun it was . Like Jameson said, I laughed till I felt like I'd been doing setups. Awesome bunch of guys and a great catch. Payden and Pearl still have a sore foot! Hahaha

Thanks Tony, congrats on being in the top 5, yall had a damn good stringer of hogs. You ain't never lied on that 3pm cutoff lol. We had 12 minutes to spare rolling in on fumes lol.
