Man I really dont believe this is a fair question to ask. Two reasons:
1st: Nobody out there has hunted with everybody else so to comment is only making a statement about the best "line" you have hunted with. I've been hog hunting for 10 years and can only comment on a few "lines". If a guy had dogs years ago and he still has dogs but they are not "line" bred, than it is not a line. In addition, you should have hunted with someone many times to judge thier dogs, not just a couple hunts.
2nd: Different types of dogs work better in different environments. Joe Blow may have the best dogs that south texas, but that dont mean that line of dogs will work at all in the north Georgia hills of the FL Okochobee swamp. Some guys on here are lucky to have spots where the hogs are plentiful. Id like to see one of those guys bring his dogs here and we can ride for hhours and not find a track. They had better have dogs that can be turned out and stay out for hours looking for hogs.
