My son wanted to hunt the corp land so we loaded up right before lunch headed out me my two sons and my grandson. Had stinky pork chop and Betty get out there turn loose they get out bout 800 Betty holds stinky rolls to .9 starts barking for a bit then moves around pork chop and Betty get that way they get pretty far from us almost to the end of the boundaries they bark bit more we work our way to em. We get close we can hear them from bout 700 they bust and start moving towards us we get to the creek we see stinky moving good jumps in the creek and moving on we could see she was already cut I said oh man this ain’t good. Betty few min behind her. Then few min later pork chop starts going to them by this time there 1/2 mile the other way at the edge of the lake in the thickest crap around. Had to cross three creeks get 400 yards away and it’s Hans and knees the rest of the way. Get bout 30 yards away can barely see em there in foot plus water and a spot big as a sheet of plywood I tell the boys man we got to be quick so I grab Waylon my grandson we climb up off the ground best we can they cut tootsie and Charlie the new catch dog she catches with all 34 lbs and he gets tossed and the whooping started finally he hung a ear and Kp got him legged and stabbed and bubba flipped him over bout the same time all 5 dogs are wearing it tootsie got the worse of it just her leg but should be ok. For the life of me Charlie should be a goner sliced all the way across his throat and deep but just muscle.looks like ol stinky earning her keep.   Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Sounds like everything was working hard. That ole hog I looks like the dog hurting kind. It’s good you and the boys got out together. That’s a great feeling!

That's a good one there. All my life I have heard that the boars with 1-1 1/2" tusk will really cut a dog up and they will but the real dog killers have teeth like the one you have pictured. When they punch a dog, it is normally in the vitals. Hope they all heal up for you.

Thanks. Betty struggling her leg is not on the mind like it should be had to cut and scrap it throwing bunch of meds to it hopefully it turns the way I want
