I've got an Edge EZ module for 2003 - 2007 Ford 6.0 Powerstrokes.  Part # is EZF2000
I used this for a couple years in my 2006 and it worked flawlessly until I traded the truck in.  I honestly can't say what it did for fuel mileage because I installed it the second day I owned the truck.  Significant increase in performance however.

$300 will get it shipped to your door.
