have yall ever had one that will not charge this is a new 1 been out 1 time did ok the first time but will not charge now

I went to bass pro bought one put it in truck on charge and it stopped charging before I got out of parking lot.  Just took it in and exchanged it. Haven't had trouble out of that one

Could be that the battery is at full charge all mine cut off when the get charged

My dc 40 did the same thing put it on charge in the car when i got it. it wasn't 10mins and the light was off. tried getn it hooked up with my handheld and battery didn't last long enough to do that  - bought it off ebay - sent it back to garmin and they sent me a good one i guess? ive used it a couple times with no probs - time will tell.....
