How to put a 50 cal casimg into a knife hanlde, only the end paer any ideas

Cut the end off with a hacksaw. Get a drill bit just a little bigger than what you are setting in the handle. Drill a hole just deep enough for the casing head to almost be flush with the handle and epoxy it in the hole with a good high tensile strength two part epoxy. Make sure you give it plenty time to set up before handleing.

You may want to use an arbor bit as they leave a flat surface to epoxy to.
