Went hunting today at a place that is notorious for hard running hogs and they did'nt let me down. To make the story short we did'nt get a hog today which is rare but we had two very long races in some thick country. I was extremely pleased with the way my young dogs performed today. They hunted their butts off and stayed on the average 500 to 1000 yards ahead of me all day long and checked back in about once an hour. We covered alot of country and I'm confident that they jumped the only hogs there. I'll be going back there tomorrow to hunt the other side of the ranch and see how fast they can run. I don't have any pictures of caught hogs but I took a couple good pics of the dogs I hunted today and figured I would post them.

Bo the CD, Sassy, Pistol, Speed Bump, July.

Thanks Mason, I like him too and believe he will make a very good dog. He's 1/2 July hound and 1/2 BMC. Hunts deep and hard and will stay with a runner for hours. He will probably get me a trespassing ticket someday! He's doing real good for a 18 month old dog.

Lance, if that dog gets you in too much trouble, I'll be happy to take him off your hands!
