Can't say that i've ever seen a sow with teeth anywhere near that big, pretty dang cool in my book! I imagine catching a sow like that would be kinda like shooting a doe with antlers......they are out there but def. not something you see everyday. thanks for posting!

Most times sows like that are hermophidites...did you examine it pretty close to make sure it didn't have male and female parts?

we caught a big red hog about 10 years ago that had both parts male and female, i thought it was a boar when i got in there and caught it and later on after we loaded it up one of the old men i was with got to looking and noticed it had both parts of male and female it had about 2.5inch teeth, i dont remember what we did with the hog but as far as i remember that the only one i have seen or caught.

Now that u said that n I went back and looked at the feeder pic. I think ur correct bout that "Barr" being a sow. The pic wasn't supper clear enough to be 100% positive it was a Barr, n the left tusk looks similar in shape to the feeder pic
