Well.... This is what it looks like at my place. Checked the puppies and they're fine. Good boxes!

 keep warm kevin,
yaw got it a lot worse than we did 2hrs south of ya. it was snowing last night, but the flurries were so small I could only see them through the light of my headlamp. all it did so far is just ice a lil bit of stuff over here at the house, but the wife said on her way to work, there was several wrecks along 35, closing north bound lanes in temple. I even put some of them dog box totes out for the pigs to get in to stay warm, but it looks like as of last night, only bacon and few piglets chose to get, hopefully the other shoat and the 2 boars found shelter and some warmth. these hogs may be nusense animals, but mine r in captivity, and it aint right to deprive them of shelter since all the summer vegetation is dead.

Yeah...we got it good. Not suppose to get above freezing till Sunday afternoon. Got some work ahead of me. Gonna have to go break ice in the buckets in a few minutes.

Everyone seems to be ok though.

Even Bacon, lol

I wish we got it that bad, actually worse down here in the ft hood area. I miss the cold wintery weather from kansas. Yep, just checked on the pigs n the boars were in my old plywood dog box n the rest in the 2 water totes. Heck its warmed up enuf here in troy to start causing the ice to melt n drip from the roof n is raining, instead of sleeting, but it aint suppose to get freezing here either today. There is a thrmal inversion layer above us n the air is warmer above the clouds, so hopefully it will dump tons of ice/snow mix on us for the next few days

We got it pretty bad up here in Prosper too. The high today is 27 and the over night low is 12. I usually don't mind the cold but with the way the wind is blowing I'll be next to the fire place all day.

I wish we would get snow instead of this freezing rain. The trees and power lines are crashing down. This is strange for a FL boy, never seen anything like it .

It was sleeting on us all morning trying to blanket horses. I can't seem to function with gloves and buckles at the same time so the fingers were a little cold. We play Fairfield Jody. Should be a pretty good game.

It's bad when the chain and snap are frozen solid and you can't open the gate
